Financial Manager (FP&A)

Duties:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards
• Oversee cash flow management and financial controls
• Develop and enhance financial models, reporting frameworks, and processes
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive performance and efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring high performance and accountability

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours, Accounting
• CA(SA)

• Completed articles with 3+ years post-articles experience
• Experience within financial services is advantageous
• Strong understanding of IFRS, tax, VAT, and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience (e.g., Sage, CaseWare)
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data
• Ability to manage complexity and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High level of accountability, integrity, and resilience
