SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG Manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team in Leslie

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Internal and external reporting

Perform and/or verify internal and external reporting.
This includes:
Financial performance forecast current and following month (Flash reporting)
Daily cash flow reporting
Capex with cash flow schedule (projected for the project''s period)
Rolling cash flow forecast (incl. CAPEX)
Bi-monthly stock holding report
Executive Detail and Summary Report
Trading Accounts by product grouping (Leslie Mill only)
Product Downgrade Report  (GM review then sent to FD and MD prior to finalising stock balancing)
Site Gain Report  (GM review then sent to FD and MD prior to finalising stock balancing)
Financial Audit and Stock File
Site Innovation Report
Budget Booklets
Base Price Report
Carbon footprint report
Ensure the following reports are created, validated and displayed in the relevant areas:
Green Area Graphs
Ensure root cause analysis, action plan compilation and tracking and controlling of  all non-conformances in the prescribed format

Fixed asset management

Internal and external audits

Reporting of actual vs budget

Minimum requirements:

B Com Financial Qualification

Completed Articles with financial accounting skills and understanding of IFRS

Minimum 5 Years’ Financial with Operation Management experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment

Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Excellent personal organization and business administration skills

Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Willingness to learn, improve and adapt

Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Managing of subordinates with the necessary motivational and leadership skills

Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Proficient in Excel advance

Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Maintain control systems and adherence to Corporate Governance

Ã¯ÂƒÂ˜ Exposure to annual budget processes and managing thereof
