Governance, Controls & Risk Governance: Enhance internal control frameworks, enforce best-practice financial governance, and support internal and external audit readiness across all business units. Executive Decision Support & Strategic Reporting: Dissect complex financial datasets to identify operational trends, support the preparation of statutory reporting packs, and deliver actionable insights directly to C-suite decision-makers. Cross-Functional Leadership & Change Management: Partner with inter-departmental stakeholders, mentor project-assigned finance personnel, and foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability and innovation. Job Experience and Skills Required: Professional Qualification (Non-Negotiable): Active qualification as a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) is an absolute prerequisite. Academic Background: Completed BCom Accounting or Finance Honours degree. Financial Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years of solid commercial experience in a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant capacity. Project & Transformation Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience leading financial projects, business transformation, process optimization, or controls engineering within a multi-entity environment. Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and systems automation; expert-level capability in Microsoft Excel and corporate ERP frameworks.
