SUMMARY:
A renowned organisation in the Property Management Sector is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Finance Team and assist with the Financial Controlling of their fast growing retail property portfolio

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) with 3 years articles experience
4 Years post- article experience
Experience in the Property Management industry is essential
Computer literacy: SAP/SAP BI; MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word
Administration Skills: Time Management, Advanced Financial Calculations, Advanced Financial Reporting, Policies and Processes, People Management, Business Planning

Key Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

Portfolio management and reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Management of contractual information input in SAP
and other related systems
Lease audits
Automation of processes with regards to reporting and management fees
Auditing
People management
Business partnering
Risk and compliance
Capex monitoring
Credit vetting
