SUMMARY:
A well established FMCG company with an Africa wide footprint is looking for a Senior Financial Manager to Head up the shared services department.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCom Finance

• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience with at least 3 years’ experience in large

corporate

• In-depth Knowledge of Working Capital

• Thorough understanding of financial controls and processes

• Experience in managing a team of functional experts

• Exposure to integrated ERP (SAP B1) systems and shared service

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for the creation, development and management of the Company’s future shared services function that will support the whole business with transaction processing, financial controls, payments & collections. This role will own and be responsible for working capital management. Management of KPI’s and motivation of people will be a key responsibility.
