SUMMARY:
Financial Manager (Syspro)
R80 000 - R90 000 ctc PM
Based in JHB with the client in the Manufacturing Space

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Solid experience on Syspro
A MUST is a STRONG people manager balanced with good FM skills.
Minimum - Bachelors Degree
Highly preferably from a manufacturing environment

Finance:
1. Prepare, Collate and Present the annual business unit budgets.
2. Review and manage budget monthly.
3. Prepare, Collate and present the business unit forecasts: Income statements, Capital Budgets
4. Prepare, Collate and Distribute monthly management reports: Flash and Management Accounts
5. Review General Ledger Reconciliations.
6. Complete monthly statutory packs.
7. Complete quarterly TAX Compilations
8. Liaise with GM’s and Ops Manager in relation to report requirements
9. Manage Fixed Assets
10. Administration and Authorization of company payments

Compliance:
1. Embark on regular site visits
2. Ensure Compliance with Policies and Procedures
3. Implementation on Policies and Procedures and onsite training
4. Develop templates for operational financial reporting
5. Liaise with all parties related to compliance, auditing and or financial management
6. Support contact managers and operations managers with operational financial aspects
7. Review the internal audit status update

Payroll:
1. Manage the payroll staff activities to ensure the payroll is effective
2. Oversea, weekly and monthly payroll runs
3. Authorize payroll payments: SARS, Staff, Benefits and Statutory returns
4. Distributions and Delegation of payroll and benefit queries

Staff:
1. Manage the onsite Financial Processes in terms of Policies & Procedures, Performance Management, Training & Development, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Discipline, etc.
2. Give effective and ensure compliance with company Policies & Procedures.
3. Create an effective working environment.
4. Conduct Financial inhouse on the job training
5. Manage the day to day activities of staff
