SUMMARY:
Our client a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing team in Jet Park! Are looking for a driven Financial Manager ready to take charge, streamline processes, and make an impact.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric and Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or BCom Honours in Accounting
5 years experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cost control and ensure efficient financial performance.
Manage accounting functions (AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations).
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Supervise and mentor the finance/accounting team.
Support production costing, inventory control
