🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Operational Finance Duties:

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for operational teams.
• Implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows.
• Partner with operations to interpret data and inform strategic initiatives.
• Lead monthly management reporting and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Manage internal controls and financial governance.
• Provide commercial insights to support business development and growth initiatives.
• Deliver financial models, risk assessments, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
• 5–8 years’ post-articles experience in commercial finance
• Minimum 5 years in a management role, preferably in an operational or project-based environment
• Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, compliance, and controls
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, and collaborative setting
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
