We're partnering with a forward-thinking digital manufacturing company on a mission to transform how finance supports the business. No more back-office number-crunching, this team is insight-led, tech-enabled, and obsessed with adding value. And now, they're looking for a Financial Operations and Governance Lead to help take this transformation to the next level.

You'll lead core operational finance teams, from Accounts Payable and Receivable to Capex and Cashbook, while embedding smarter systems, stronger controls, and a high-performance culture. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a collaborative team across AP, AR, Capex, and Cashbook
• Oversee daily banking, supplier payments, and customer receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Own and improve cash flow forecasting to support working capital optimisation
• Drive system automation and streamline financial workflows within the ERP
• Embed governance frameworks and ensure financial policy adherence
• Promote a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• CA(SA) qualification with completed SAICA articles, open to newly qualified professionals
• Solid understanding of AP/AR, cashbook, capex, and general financial operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Natural problem-solver with a strong eye for detail and process efficiency
• High ethical standards, a compliance mindset, and a passion for doing things right
• Strong communicator and team mentor who leads by example
