SUMMARY:
Our client, A well-established and accredited financial advisory franchise, aligned with one of South Africa’s leading financial services institutions, is expanding its footprint in KwaZulu-Natal and is seeking Life & Investment Financial Planners to join its growing team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients
Deliver comprehensive, holistic financial planning solutions
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate life, investment, and wealth solutions
Provide consistent, high-quality client service with regular client engagement
Build and grow a sustainable client portfolio over time

Remuneration & Benefits

Training allowance payable for the first two months
80/20 commission split
Excellent monthly bonuses for the first two years
December performance bonus (13th cheque)

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent
RE5 qualification required if you have more than 18 months’ industry experience
Proven sales experience (financial services sales preferred)
FAIS credits or currently working toward a recognised Wealth Management qualification will be a strong advantage
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential)
