They are seeking an FP&A Accountant who thrives on analysis, problem-solving, and contributing to big-picture initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and gain exposure to executive-level discussions, cross-functional projects, and long-term planning. This is the ideal opportunity for a progressive CA(SA) who is passionate about modelling, forecasting, and driving strategic value across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, refine and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and rolling projections
Conduct variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trends
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business growth
Collaborate across departments to address financial requirements and improve decision-making
Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives through detailed financial analysis and reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record (first-time board passes preferred)
Exceptional Excel modelling skills
Experience in the BPO industry advantageous but not essential
Strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategic finance
