Your Role in the Team
As FP&A Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for financial insights that shape strategic decisions. You’ll manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis while collaborating across teams to ensure financial clarity and impact.

What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the full forecasting and budgeting cycle, delivering clear performance and variance analysis
Build and refine financial models that support key business decisions
Provide actionable insights on pricing strategies and commercial initiatives
Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets
Deliver timely reports and ad-hoc analysis to senior management
Spot trends, identify variances, and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance
Contribute to board presentations and strategic financial reports
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and strengthen decision-making
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes

What We’re Looking For
Strong grasp of financial principles and accounting systems
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Qualification:
CA(SA)/CIMA/Degree + experience
Minimum 3+ years commercial experience in a similar role
