Financial Planning Administrator Ã¢Â€Â“ Pietermaritzburg

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Financial Services Industry is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their established brokerage.

Responsibilities:
• Providing business quotes to new clients
• Archiving of clients
• Drafting and sending client letters
• Maintaining the database; changes in details / addresses
• Updating and checking for appointments
• Reviewing policies on XPlan

Requirements:
• Proficient, meticulous and hardworking
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional and well-presented
• Prior experience on XPlan would be highly advantageous
