Financial Planning and Analyst

SUMMARY:
An exciting and well-established entity with an international presence has recently landed in South Africa. They are in the process of creating a brand new finance team and requiring an FP&A analyst. This person needs to be an assertive decision maker, having steered and guided a team, managed KPI’s as well as having oversight of the financial standing, planning, assessing, and guiding at board level.

POSITION INFO:

Operate at Group Level
Management accounts, quarterly forecasts, consolidations, and revenue analysis
Prepare profitability and utilisation reporting for new entities
Roadmap for improvement
Workflow documentation
Commercial Support – Partnering, improving and preparing
Group Management Reporting
Board pack preparation
Business review packs
P&L Analysis
Agency hierarchy
Maintain planning system

Skills & Experience:
Budgeting
Forecasting systems/models
Worked with large sets of data

Qualification:
Finance related degree
