POSITION INFO:

Opportunity to join a dynamic, property-focused financial team that values precision, teamwork, and professional growth as a Financial Reporting Accountant. The environment is fast-paced, offering the chance to contribute to key financial decisions and business development initiatives.

What you will be doing:

Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports
Manage billing, tenant adjustments, accruals, and financial data accuracy
Review and release authorised payments
Lead and support finance team members
Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence processes
Prepare budgets, forecasts, tax calculations, and annual financial statements
Manage auditor relationships and oversee audit processes
Compile board, risk, and compliance committee packs
Oversee supplier contract renewals and procurement sign-offs
Ensure compliance with financial policies, VAT submissions, and SARS requirements

What we are looking for:

Recently qualified CA(SA) (first-time board exam passes preferred)
Strong academic record and proven practical work experience
Highly organised, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
Experience with MDA Property Manager advantageous
