What you will be doing:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports
• Manage billing, tenant adjustments, accruals, and financial data accuracy
• Review and release authorised payments
• Lead and support finance team members
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence processes
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, tax calculations, and annual financial statements
• Manage auditor relationships and oversee audit processes
• Compile board, risk, and compliance committee packs
• Oversee supplier contract renewals and procurement sign-offs
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, VAT submissions, and SARS requirements

What we are looking for:

• Recently qualified CA(SA) (first-time board exam passes preferred)
• Strong academic record and proven practical work experience
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
• Experience with MDA Property Manager advantageous
