POSITION INFO:
This position involves: Supporting and providing an integrated financial accounting and administrative service to the business Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes Monitoring and managing working capital, including debtors, creditors and cash flow Preparing and analysing monthly financial reports for Divisional Office Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and internal reporting requirements Supporting the development and maintenance of internal controls and financial processes Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounts and journal entries Supporting capital expenditure planning and cost management initiatives Working closely with the finance team, including exposure to people management Engaging with auditors and external stakeholders Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects Skills & Experience: Minimum 3+ years' post articles commercial experience Experience within a manufacturing environment (advantageous) Exposure to stock management (advantageous) Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen Aptitude for systems with experience in financial reporting systems (e.g. JDE, QlikView, Hyperion or similar) Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls and compliance Qualification: B.
