SUMMARY:
We are seeking an exceptional and driven Financial Strategist with a proven track record of optimizing profitability and streamlining operations. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on data-driven decision-making and is motivated to deliver sustainable growth and long-term value.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Achieving annual business financial targets through effective debt management and proactive risk minimization
Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring that all supplier accounts are accurate, current, and well managed
Engage with external clients to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
Oversee cost management, including financial operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and supplier payments
Build and maintain a strong financial foundation to balance cost, capacity, and service level requirements
Drive revenue management and maximization initiatives
Take ownership of self-management and performance accountability
Lead and support performance management and development initiatives within the finance function

Qualifications & Experience:

BCom in Accounting or equivalent qualification
5–8 years proven experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong expertise in Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
