My client,who is a leading Financial Services company, is looking for a Financial Systems Business A

POSITION INFO:

My client, who is a leading Financial Services company, is looking for a Financial Systems Business Analyst to join their team for a 12 month contract. The main purpose of this role is to assist with the design and implementation of the fund accounting system, whilst also supporting the actuarial finance team, as they transition to IFRS17 reporting. The ideal individual will have strong attention to detail, and have a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Project deliverables to facilitate the mapping from a financial system into a reporting/consolidation tool
Workbook optimisation and control check building
New system testing and implementation of supporting workbooks
Collaborating with the Actuarial BI Development team to understand and guide finance reporting requirements of the actuarial finance reporting team
Involvement in fund accounting testing and supporting the team to meet deliverables.

Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Previous experience within the Financial Services sector is essential
Experience with SQL is advantageous
