POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper, Financial Administrator, or Accounting Systems Controller in an accounting or finance environment
Bookkeeping / Accounting Qualification | Relevant Tertiary Education advantageous
Proficient in Xero Accounting Software essential (non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of daily reconciliations, EFT payment processing, accounts allocation, and financial controls
Experience working in a high-value and compliance-driven financial environment will be beneficial
Must be highly detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing financial processing independently
Must have a stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup | Laptop will be provided
Must be available Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and Saturdays 09:00 – 13:00

Negotiable Basic Salary experience dependent
