JOB SUMMARY:
To fulfil on the Individual and Institutional Customer member engagement value Proposition by, assisting with building relationships at our Corporate client. The rollout and implementation of Enhanced Retirement Benefit Counselling at our Corporate clients

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Make outbound calls to all relevant Retirees, Leavers and Joiners where necessary
Take inbound telephonic calls and provide the relevant RBC and or advice to the individual clients from our Corporate Client base.
To assist with campaigns, themed campaigns, projects and initiatives as required
As required, to assist with worksite marketing and financial awareness;
Develop and implement strategies with relevant Financial Planning Consultant to create and manage business opportunities arising within assigned and segmented Corporate accounts;
Manage and strengthen relationships with key personnel in assigned and segmented Corporate accounts
Resolve client concerns, queries and/or complaints;
Source new business within the relevant Corporate account

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience

Matric
Tertiary qualification i.e. BCom (majors in Financial Management or Financial Planning or Investments or Marketing);
Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP license or studying towards it)

Knowledge and skills

Good understanding of the tax implications in holistic financial planning;
Good understanding of features and appropriateness of various products: Preservation Funds, Retirement Annuities, Annuities, Endowments, Life and Disability Assurance Policies, Unit Trusts, Trusts.
