Where You'll Make an Impact: Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy aligned with organizational goals. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, treasury, accounting, and reporting processes. Ensure strict compliance with governance policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. Manage risk and facilitate effective audit and governance practices. Supervise grants administration and facilities management to support operational efficiency. Drive the development of the Finance Division through strategic leadership and team development. Duties: Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to inform executive decision-making. Maintain financial health through effective cash flow management and financial controls. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial strategies supporting organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve excellence. Requirements: A minimum of 15 years’ senior financial management experience. Proven track record in strategic financial leadership within the healthcare or government sectors. Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance, and risk management. Relevant financial qualifications (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Familiarity with the following: Government healthcare operational frameworks.
