An importing and distributing Materials Handling organisation is looking for a Financial & Administration Manager, who will be responsible for the control and accountability for all Financial, Operational and Administrative functions.

An importing and distributing Materials Handling organisation is looking for a Financial & Administration Manager, who will be responsible for the control and accountability for all Financial, Operational and Administrative functions.

Duties:
  • Cashbook & General Ledger
  • Inter Company
  • Debtors & Creditors (including foreign creditors)
  • Stock Control
  • Shipping & Cross-border transactions
  • Rental Contract Management
  • Fixed Assets
  • Financial Management and reporting
  • Operations and Administration
  • VAT, TAX and Statutory Reporting
  • Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment management, development and reporting
  • Sustainability Reporting: Manage and ensuring accurate reporting on sustainability
  • Staff management; Human Resources and Payroll
  • Staff IT Environment: Oversee IT function with outsourced IT provider
Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • BCom / BCom Honours
  • CA(SA)
Experience:
  • Completed SAICA OR SAIPA Articles
  • 5 years commercial experience with a financial manager role
  • Engineering / Construction or Mining experience would be beneficial
  • Must have 2 years management experience
  • Sage 50 / Sage Evolution / Microsoft Business Central
  • Excel (Advanced)
  • ERP implementation experience is a BIG WIN!!
