Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial management function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Manage intercompany transfers, reconciliations, and group reporting processes.
Lead and mentor the finance team
Partner with Sales, Distribution, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Drive process improvements, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in line with global standards.

Experience and education:

CA(SA) qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial finance role.
Experience in Stock, Sales, Distribution, or Retail environments is essential
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of intercompany transactions.
