SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join their manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, managing costs, and supporting operational decision-making across the business.

Duties:

Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure liquidity for operational needs.
Oversee inventory management and cost control initiatives to improve profitability.
Develop, implement, and monitor cost-saving strategies across the manufacturing process.
Prepare and analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), product costing, and pricing strategies.
Support logistics, production planning, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes.
Provide financial insights to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Education and experience:

BCom degree in Finance
Minimum 10 years of experience
Experience in the manufacturing sector is compulsory
Ability to drive process improvements and work cross-functionally.
