Opportunity for a Financial manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client that is a giant in the financial services sector is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. This company opened its doors almost 50 years ago and has a global footprint. The ideal candidate will be a CA(SA) who loves travelling to African countries and has IFRS 17 exposure. Apply now if you meet these requirements.

Duties:

IFRS 17 implementation and testing
Travel to various African countries to provide technical accounting support
Financial reporting
Assist with ad-hoc projects
Maintain financial controls

Education and experience:

CA(SA)
At least 3 years post article experience
Experience in the insurance sector is essential
Experience working with African countries are essential
Experience with IFRS 17 is essential
