Opportunity for a Financial manager - external reporting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A large organization in the construction industry is currently recruiting for a Financial Manager. This organization is JSE listed and has been in existence for almost 60 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the external reporting function for the group. If you are an energetic CA(SA) looking to join a dynamic team then apply now!

Duties:

Reviewing Group consolidated financial statement in accordance with IFRS
Reviewing of results presentations and integrated and sustainability reporting
Lead and manage the process of external auditors
Ensure Group annual and interim financial statements are accurately prepared
Applying IFRS compliance to consolidated financial statements
Support the review preparation of group published results
SENS and JSE circulars reporting

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
At least 4 years post article experience in a managerial position
Experience in a JSE listed entity is essential
