JOB SUMMARY:
Product Development Company based in Cape Town. Finite Element Analyst with experience working in a mechanical design engineering field required. Responsible for FEA , FEM and assisting Mechanical design team with simulations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

FEA Mechanical Engineer
Cape Town
Mechanical Engineer required with a passion for Finite Element analysis and Modelling needed. International Company
Qualification and experience required:

B. Eng. (Mechanical) or equivalent
4+ years experience working in a mechanical design engineering position
3D CAD experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with structural FEM (Advantageous)
Attention to detail is critical in this position
You should have a strong desire for mathematics and task management

Responsibilities:

Liaise with other engineering disciplines and teams
Compile feedback presentations and technical reports
Participate in design reviews
Provide proactive feedback about designs, based on outcomes of analysis
Summarize and conclude investigations
Provide design recommendations
