Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position

One of our Engineering client with extensive experience within the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering sector is seeking to employ a Fire Mechanical Engineer that specialises in the building industry to be permanently based in Gauteng. The successful Candidate must be Professional registered with ECSA.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must hold a BSc/BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Must have 5 – 8 years’ experience consulting experience in building services.

Must be registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) with ECSA

Must have knowledge of designs that comply with Codes of Practice, Statutory requirements as well as regulations, including SANS, NFPA, ASIB and BS

Must be able to apply engineering calculations for smoke detectors, evacuation systems, smoke ventilation, automatic sprinklers, hydraulic design and rational fire designs

Must be able to present financial reports, tender documentation as well as technical reports
