JOB SUMMARY:
Work in a hybrid work environment, join a cutting edge technologically advanced client who develops electronic devices for the commercial industry for global clients and who has offices internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design and implement firmware for embedded devices and systems
Prototype testing and analysis
Analyse and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources
Develop and automate production test specifications and procedures
Review code and design
Detailed design involvement and review process
Develop and maintain engineering best-practices, design guidelines and processes
Prioritized roadmap plan including measurable progress and improvements
Liaise with product quality assurance
Work with Developer, architects to understand requirements, standards, and project procedures

Skills & Experience:
Embedded software design principal experience, lifecycle and best-practices including coding standards, source control, code review and testing
Demonstrated passion for learning and self-improvement
Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in electronic product design
Advantages experience:

Version control – GIT
VHDL
Unit testing
Static code analysis
C# .Net
MQTT
IOT, Raspberry PI, Arduino, Beaglebone

Qualification:
BSc/BEng Electronic Engineering
MscEng / Meng Electronic Engineering adv
Minimum 65% University Aggregate and above
