Firmware / IOT Engineer

SUMMARY:
A pioneer in single chip, multi-sensor solutions with 2 decades of capacitive sensing and LED driver expertise is looking for a talented Engineer to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Does joining a leading fabless semiconductor company trigger you?

They need at least 2 years or more experience and knowledge in PCB Design and Embedded microcontroller code development.

Experience with C/C++ on platforms such as Microchip PIC, STM8, STM32, Dialog, Silabs, low voltage design, low power systems, Python script

Experience in the following areas is essential: IoT, BLE (especially with BLE subsystem from Dialog and/or Silabs), BLE GATT, “over the air updates”, mobile applications, bootloaders, Low Voltage and Low Power design

Duties

• Implement embedded software (focus on C) applications on variety of embedded applications
• Define software architecture and application interface
• Create component Prototyping, Embedded programming, and PCB Design
• Design low power hardware solutions
• Develop firmware in BLE applications
• Proficient at schematic capture and PCB layout considerations and reviews using Altium Designer
• Debug and design embedded electronic hardware and firmware
• Design embedded GUI and UI / UX applications
• Integrate and test overall system
• Maintain QMS system for own products/projects

Education Level:         B.Eng Electronics (M.Eng will be an advantage)

Work experience:        2 or more years practical experience
