• Provide guidance on IT policies and best practices.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Set up and configure user devices and peripherals.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic networking (security-first).
• Accurately log and track tickets and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards (POPIA & GDPR).

• Experience in a first-line IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Familiar with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi).
