Fitness Instructor (Yoga Experience Preferred)

Duties:

• Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients of various fitness levels.

• Conduct yoga classes including Vinyasa, Hatha, Flow, and Aerial Yoga in a safe, engaging manner.

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs aligned with individual goals and capabilities.

• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring correct form to prevent injuries.

• Modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels, injuries, and physical limitations.

• Create a motivating, supportive environment that encourages client participation and progress.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster retention and satisfaction.

• Monitor client progress, providing ongoing feedback and encouragement.

• Promote overall health and wellness through exercise, movement, and healthy lifestyle habits.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio environment.

• Stay current with the latest trends and certifications in fitness, yoga, and wellness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading fitness classes and personal training.

• Yoga certification with proficiency in styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Flow, or Aerial Yoga.

• Strong client care and service orientation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• CPR and First Aid certifications.

Nice to Have:

• Additional wellness or fitness certifications.

• Experience working in multicultural environments.
