Fitter (Hydraulics)

Requirements:
- Qualified Fitter
- Specialise in Hydraulics systems
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in machine assembly
- Computer literate and conversant with MS Office
- Mining Industry knowledge

Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Conflict management.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble and rebuild machines including all hydraulic and driveline
components test and fully adjust the machines prior to delivery.
- To repair, assemble, manufacture and service underground mining
equipment and components within the required quality standards
- To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every new,
component repair and rebuild machine is supplied according to customer
specifications.
- Carefully strip, clean, inspect, reassemble and test driveline components
in accordance with the OEM’s specifications and company quality
standards, to ensure that the machines are in good working conditions
after repairs at all times
- Ensure that machines are properly rebuilt, assembled and adjusted
according to the OEM standards.
