SUMMARY:
Bring your technical expertise to a well-established engineering team as a Fitter and Turner in the Western Cape!

In this role, you will be responsible for performing fabrication, machining, fitting, and installation tasks to support production and maintenance operations. You will ensure all work meets quality, safety, and technical standards while preparing and completing related documentation. Key duties include precision machining, fitting of mechanical components, welding, assembly, and the installation and commissioning of machinery, systems, and structures. Your expertise will ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Matric qualification and a recognised Fitter and Turner trade certification, with 3-5 years of post-trade experience. Proficiency in machining, welding, and mechanical fitting is essential, along with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. A focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines will be key to your success.
