SUMMARY:
A renowned entity within the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Fixed Asset Auditor to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

The applicant must hold a Degree in Finance
At least two years’ experience in auditing Fixed Assets
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English
Good communication skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Good intuition

Duties:

Physically verify 100% fixed assets on register
Identify assets not on fixed asset register and update accordingly
Tag all assets
Identify assets that may need to be valued by an expert
Work on residual values with expert
Ensure that depreciable lives are correct
Compile tax asset register
Capable of recommending working solutions to issues as they arise
Good report writing skills
