About the Role

Our client is looking for a Flat Pack Furniture Technical Support Technician to join their team. In this role, you''ll assist customers with assembly queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have the best possible experience with the products. You’ll be the go-to expert, providing guidance via phone, email, and chat while also contributing to improving assembly instructions.

What You''ll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with assembly instructions and resolving technical issues
Providing expert support via phone, email, and chat
Diagnosing and troubleshooting flat pack furniture problems
Documenting customer interactions for future reference
Collaborating with the product development team to enhance product design
Ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions

What We''re Looking For:

Experience in furniture assembly or technical support
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions & technical drawings
Proficiency in using tools and equipment for furniture assembly
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping customers
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
