What you will do:

Coordinate and monitor truck movements using Soloplan and related systems
Plan and schedule routes for maximum efficiency
Manage driver dispatch, performance, and attendance
Maintain real-time client communication and problem-solving
Track delivery performance and ensure accurate documentation submission

What you need:

Minimum 4 years experience as a Fleet Controller in the freight and logistics industry
At least 2 years experience in route planning, scheduling, and driver management
Experience working with tautliners or tipper trucks (essential)
Matric with a Transport or Logistics qualification (advantageous)
Fluent in English, with Afrikaans conversational ability
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
