Responsibilities

Driver briefing and dispatch
Completion of books for loads
Manifest/ pre-alerts
FMS capturing including empty legs
Tracking of vehicles/ Drivers and on route follow up
Escalating of issues on route
Ensure vehicles depart deport as planned daily
