Fleet Controller - Nelspruit

SUMMARY:
Our client is a integrated supply chain company offering tailored logistical solutions in the land, sea and air space. They are looking for a Fleet Controller in Nelspruit to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
The Fleet Controller will be responsible for fleet management and monitoring, ensuring that each vehicle reaches it's production and diesel targets, constant communication with drivers and team, administering and controlling the daily attendance of drivers, assisting in the capturing of data.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate.
• Code B driver's license & own transport.
• Required to travel from time to time.
• Available after business hours & during weekends.
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
• Excellent organising & prioritising skills. Ability to work in a systematic, method- cal & orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basis.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Ability to work long hours & work under pressure.
• Accepting & tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment & willingness to put in longer hours when necessary.
• Ability to plan activities in advance and take account of possible changing circum- stances
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Logistical experience (bulk cross border tipper) will be an advantage.

• Production & diesel targets are met.
• Fleet management system is monitored & managed.
• Communication with drivers & team.
• Data is captured accurately.
• Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines.
• Vehicle maintenance issues communicated.
• Vehicle services are planned & scheduled.
