POSITION INFO:
The purpose of this position is to support the branch and Aftermarket team by ensuring the implementation of best management practices in all areas of responsibility. This includes meeting key performance indicators, achieving service delivery goals, and following procedures aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Performance Duties:
Must have Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in the forklift or material handling industry
- Basic computer skills
- Qualified diesel and/or petrol mechanic, or qualified forklift mechanic with relevant equipment experience
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to compile and analyse data from different sources and present it clearly, with an understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good with numbers and financial information
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and complete projects from start to finish.
- Strong administrative skills with an organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach; focused on accuracy and achieving results
- Excellent at prioritizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities; works well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities; takes initiative, shows accountability, and can work independently
- Able to interpret and apply technical information correctly
- Understands and follows safety procedures and precautions
- Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and equipment model.
