POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leader in the fleet rental industry, is seeking to appoint an Operations Central Reservations Agent to join their dynamic team. Department Hours (Split into shifts): Mon - Fri 07:00 - 19:00 Sat Sun 08:00 - 17:00 Requirement: Must have Central Reservations\/ Customer Service Agent experience Booking Management & Sales Support: Efficiently and promptly processes quotations and bookings to support business sales growth. Maintain a quarterly target of 300+ adjusted bookings. Source fleet availability in collaboration with the National Operations and Fleet Manager and establish relationships with Branch Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Administrative Support: Assist the National Operations and Fleet Manager with the preparation of monthly reports. Effectively manage and resolve tickets by assisting clients with their queries, tracking tickets, and ensuring resolution by the correct department before closing the ticket. Effectively manage and resolve CRM tickets, ensuring prompt client assistance and tracking each ticket to resolution. Proactively manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate pipeline placement and working to secure each deal. If a deal is lost, document the reason for the lost opportunity within the CRM system. Efficiently action all emails received in the Fusemetrix Bookings Inbox . Respond to queries within 24 hours during a shift. Computer Literacy - Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams, etc) Car Rental System, Accounting System, Fusemetrix, Vehicle Tracking System Working competency on the company's speed point machines Fully knowledgeable on SAVRALA fair and tear wear guide Strong communication skills  Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills  Please send your CV and Salary expectation to Pieter, email:
