Flight Operations Manager

We are a leading charter provider with a rapidly growing fleet of ATR 42 & 72 aircraft. As part of our continuing expansion strategy, we are seeking applications from experienced Head of Flight Operations / Chief Pilot.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of recent aviation management experience
• Hold an Internationally recognized ATPL with a minimum of 5000 hours
• 3000 hours command
• Previous Flight Operation Manager/ Chief Pilot experience preferred
• ATR 72/42 type rating
• Ability to fulfill requirements of a CASA Australia Post Holder requirements
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good personnel management skills
• The ability to work in a small team of motivated individuals.
• Have a zero-incident or accident approach to safety

The individual must be a mature, responsible individual that is able to work in a high-stress environment, who is able to deal with both clients, CASA, and company management in a respectful and professional manner.
