Flocculant Manager

SUMMARY:
A chemical outlet seeks the assistance of a Flocculant Manager. This specialized role requires the in-depth understanding of the product and on how to run a polyacrylamide flocculant group.

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• NHD in Metallurgy  or Chemical Engineering Degree,

Requirements

• Min of 10 years’ experience in technical sales of chemicals to the mining industry. Particularly dewatering chemicals  - flocculants

Duties

• This position is a senior management level to run their polyacrylamide flocculant group for the company.
• To oversee the sales team in South Africa and in Africa countries on the sales performance of flocculant related products
• Responsible for product imports/stock/sales/margins of the flocculant product group
• Provide technical support to flocculant sales personnel.
• Liaise with suppliers in Europe and China
