Qualifications and experience for of the successful applicant include:

Matric is essential.
Call center leadership courses will be advantageous.
5 years’ experience in the collections industry.
5 years in leadership of staff will be advantageous.
Computer literate
Skillful writing skills with effective communication skills.
To have good knowledge of the DCA ACT- code of conduct and POPIA
Experience as Supervisor/Team Leader may be beneficial

Requirements & Responsibilities:

· Managing performance of the performance managers.

· To manage the production in the call center for each team daily.

· To ensure all performance management reports are completed on a weekly basis.

· Manage leave for the call center.

· Assist the Branch manager with the management and discipline of employees.

· To train new trainees and the ability to run refresher training in existing staff

· Assist the Branch manager with the maintenance of the computers and network systems.

· Assist the Branch manager in planning and implementing strategies to ensure client targets and personal targets are reached.

· Assist the Branch manager with interviews, appointments and disciplinary hearings.
