Floor Supervisor

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our retail team in Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are always maintained.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of floor staff
Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance
Assist with staff training, coaching, and development
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and merchandised correctly
Manage stock control, including receiving, counting, and reporting discrepancies
Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a retail supervisory role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Basic computer literacy
