POSITION INFO:

Formal Qualification in Purchasing/Buying. A minimum of 5 years full function experience as a Buyer and exceptional good product knowledge of pipes, fittings, flanges and valves within the Irrigation/Fluid Industry. Successfull applicant must have the required experience and knowledge in dealing with the importing of products overseas (i.e. tariffs, exchange rates, clearing & forwarding). You will be required to travel internationally to the Far East to meet with Suppliers and negotiate prices. Advanced MS Excel experience is essential. Strong negotiation and people skills. Syspro advantageous.
