An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Manager at an upscale Restaurant / Wine Bar in Brooklyn Pretoria. Candidates with a minimum of six years of experience in food and beverage management are encouraged to apply. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the comprehensive management of food and beverage operations, including stock control and purchasing activities. Primary responsibilities will involve overseeing food and liquor inventory as well as handling all stock-related administrative duties.
