Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee F&B service in restaurants, bars, and event spaces
• Supervise, train, and motivate waitstaff and service teams
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, professional service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service delivery
• Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and daily reporting
• Collaborate with kitchen and front office to ensure seamless operations

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory F&B role within a 5-star hotel, lodge, or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Hands-on, guest-focused, and calm under pressure
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Well-spoken and well presented
