SUMMARY:
A Food Safety Technologist vacancy has become available at one of South Africa’s Internationally recognised FMCG producers in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Food Science / Food Technology
Minimum of 3 years’ Quality Assurance experience within a food processing operation which would include sound auditing skills
Knowledge of FSSC 22000 or equivalent is essential
Working knowledge of NRCS, IBL and Halaal will be advantageous
Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Prerequisite Programmes (PRP’s) experience is required
Experience with Woolworths Food Safety and Quality Policies would be preferred
